During the first quarter of 2018, JTC Commissioned a studio specifically focused on the development of a Masterplan for Industrial Estate Sungei Kadut including a Circular Economy approach.

Together with Ellen MacArthur Foundation's veteran Ken Webster, Sann curated the studio's Circular Economy-related curriculum, invited guest speakers, taught on circular matters and took place in the jury.
