PIB ReCirc Launch

[15 December 2017 / Singapore]


On 15 December 2017, Jaya Ratnam, Ambassador of Singapore, and Henk Snoeken, Deputy Director of International Affairs of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management witnessed the signing ceremony of the Partners for International Business (PIB) Resource Recovery in the context of Circular Economy Singapore (ReCirc). Thirteen partners signed the covenant. The covenant connects the partners in the exploration and realization of circular solutions in the field of sludge and waste processing and resource recovery solutions, both in Singapore and the Netherlands.

ReCirc Singapore is an initiative of Witteveen+Bos, Waternet, TU Delft and the Amsterdam Institute for Advanced Metropolitan Solutions. The other partners in the cluster are: CirTec, Heineken (Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore), Holland Circular Hotspot, KWR, Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, Nijhuis Industries, Paques, World of Walas and Upp! UpCycling Plastic.
